The secret to looking younger than your age might be the difference in your inner care.

 

A beautiful appearance is only possible with a healthy body!
It is said that what is happening inside the body is reflected on the outside as “appearance.”

A Danish study* followed approximately 900 pairs of identical twins of the same sex over the age of 70 for 10 years to examine the relationship between apparent age and mortality.
The results showed that people who appeared older were significantly more likely to die earlier. This means that people who look younger are also more likely to be physically healthy.

 


Our bodies are made from the food we eat, and our bodies change depending on what we eat. For example, the nutrients for our skin, which have a large impact on our apparent age, are said to reach our skin after being delivered to vital organs such as the brain and heart. Therefore, if our nutritional balance is off or we are deficient in nutrients, our skin may become unhealthy.

When should you take supplements?
